One Piece Vent Heat Induction Foil Liner

Composition:

The vent heat induction foil liner is developed to prevent the container (bottle) from being swayed or placed at different temperatures after being filled with a certain liquid to generate gas, thereby causing the container to deform or the cap to crack. The "breathable film" is composed of a polymer breathable film, which fully achieves the effect of "breathable and liquid-tight".

Protection and application

For perforated container caps, the gas will pass through the microporous expanded Poly tetra fluoroethylene (ePTFE) breathable film and escape through the holes in the container cap while preventing liquids and particles from entering the package. Microporous expanded Poly tetra fluoroethylene (ePTFE) breathable film prevent pressure build-up by continuously balancing the pressure differential between the interior of the container and the outside environment.

For container caps without holes, the gas will pass through the microporous expanded Poly tetra fluoroethylene (ePTFE) breathable membrane to the area above the membrane and be directed to the threaded location of the container cap to escape while blocking liquids and particles into the packaging. Microporous expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) breathable membranes prevent pressure build-up by continuously balancing the pressure differential between the interior of the container and the outside environment.

The one piece vent heat induction foil liner is high-end breathable induction foil liner which could be easy peel and custom printing. After sealing the liner will be totally stick on bottle mouth with the breathable film. It has good performance of maintaining a large air flow and control the balance of internal and external pressure differences in the container. Prevent liquid leakage and prevent rain and dust from contaminating the product in the container.
