Working principle
Breathable Aluminum Foil Induction Gasket composed of backing material, aluminum foil, sealing layer and breathable film. After the induction foil liner is produced, a suitable size vent will be cut out, and then the waterproof and anti-corrosion breathable film patch layer will be welded and connected to the electromagnetic induction aluminum foil layer by a professional welding machine.
Through the above method, the present invention can have the advantages of short heating and welding time, fast sealing speed, good sealing performance, clean separation, etc.; the container can be tightly closed, the welding strength is high, and it has good moisture-proof, mildew-proof, anti-counterfeiting, anti-oxidation, fresh-keeping, etc.
It can extend the shelf life of the product, improve the reliability of the product packaging, and achieve the purpose of adjusting the pressure balance inside and outside the bottle container during storage and preservation.
The Breathable Aluminum Foil Induction Gasket are sealed by induction sealing machine. After seaing the cardboard backing will be left into cap, and aluminum foil layer with breathable film will stick on bottle mouth
Part 1: The aluminum foil layer is sealed to the bottle mouth to ensure the leak-proof, water proof and tamper proof performance, prolonging the service life.
Part 2: High quality breathable film welded on aluminum foil. It can release the gas generated in the bottle, prevent the container from expanding and deforming, and ensure the safety of transportation. Part 3: The backing material usually to be paperboard, also could be PE foam materials. After aluminum foil layer opened, the backing layer will keep sealing.
