For larger sample requests (e.g., hundreds or thousands of pieces), custom tooling (die-cutting) and sampling fees will apply.

How to get samples?

How to measure bottle neck diameter for induction seals?

To ensure a perfect fit for your induction liner, follow these steps to measure your bottle's diameter accurately:

1. Measure the Bottle Opening (Inner Diameter - ID)

Use a caliper or ruler to measure the outside edge of the bottle's mouth (include screw ).

Record the millimeter (mm) measurement.

2. Measure the Cap's Inner Diameter (Sealing Surface Diameter - SSD)

If using a screw cap, measure the inner sealing surface without screw (where the liner contacts the cap).

This ensures the liner aligns correctly when sealed.
