Do you know what induction sealing is?
The induction sealing process involves pressing a laminated aluminum foil film onto the lip of the container. After the container is filled and capped with an induction liner, it passes under the induction sealing system. A non-contact heating process welds aluminum foil sealing layer to the container.
When used correctly, the foil layer provides a water proof,leak-proof and tamper-proof seal. Using an induction sealing system is ideal for extending product shelf life, maintaining freshness, preventing costly leaks and increasing product value.
How to use it for your produt?
First step is to choose suitable sealing liner according to your containers material and it’s application.
Second, put the liner into caps, sealing layer facing outwards.
Third, screw the lid onto the container tightly.
Fourth, put the filled and capped container under induction head of induction sealer, turn on the sealing machine and heating the liner. The aluminum foil sealing layer will heat up under the influence of the induced current, melting the sealing layer to seal the bottle mouth.
