The One piece foil seal liners is composed of PET film, PE foam, aluminum foil, adhesive and sealing film. After induction heating, the liner totally stuck to the bottle mouth to achieve the effect of sealing, moisture-proof and leak-proof.
Inside the electromagnetic induction sealing machine, the rectifier circuit converts the 50Hz AC voltage into a DC voltage, and then the control circuit converts the DC voltage into a high-frequency voltage with a frequency of 20-100KHz. The high-speed changing current flowing through the coil will produce high-speed changes. When the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field pass through the aluminum foil, countless small eddy currents will be generated on the surface of the aluminum foil. The eddy currents make the aluminum molecules on the aluminum foil move at high speed and irregularly. Add heat seal layer on the surface of aluminum foil.
