Aluminum foil gasket sealing operation method
1. The aluminum foil sealing gasket has silver tin foil on one side and paper material on the other side, which can be separated by heating.
2. With the side with the silver tin foil facing the bottle mouth, align the bottle mouth with the gasket.
3. Adjust the temperature and power of the sealing machine, and seal with the sealing machine.
4. After sealing, the tin foil is automatically separated from the paper layer, the tin foil is sealed at the can opening, and the paper layer remains on the bottle cap.
5. Perfect sealing and waterproof.
Foil Gasket Sealing Considerations
1. There should be no impurities such as water and oil on the bottle mouth.
2. The mouth of the bottle must be kept flat with no gaps or bulges.
3. The cap should be fully tightened without any gaps.
4. The aluminum foil layer should be kept clean and free of dust.
5. After sealing, please place it in an environment below 21 ℃, avoid high temperature or direct sunlight.
6. The aluminum foil layer is suitable for plastic materials. If it is a metal cap, it needs to be sealed with a plastic cap and then replaced with a metal cap.
