Construction process steps:

1. Clean up the site

1. Clean up indoor construction waste and keep the ground dry without water and oil stains.

2. The floor of the building is leveled, and the protruding parts of the details such as the positive angle and the negative angle are chiseled to ensure that the ground flatness is less than or equal to 4 mm..


Second, the way of laying flanging

1. Use a bristle brush to clean the corner dust.

2. Use the flanging material to evenly stick it on the wall along the ground. In the case of the positive angle, use the corner to paste directly, and in the case of the negative angle, use the splicing paste.


3. Laying sound insulation mats

1. Cut the sound insulation pad according to the size of the room (cut along the long side).

2. Lay the felt side down.

3. Use professional waterproof tape for butt joints (including corners).

4. Paste the waterproof tape in sections (to prevent the sound insulation pad from bulging due to the expansion of the tape), and then paste the waterproof glue after the seam is stable as a whole.


Fourth, laying steel mesh

1. According to customer requirements, choose the finished wire mesh or make the wire mesh on site.

2. The finished steel mesh is required to use the national standard atlas (11J930), and select φ4@150 two-way single-layer steel mesh.

3. The lap width of the steel mesh is greater than or equal to 10CM, and the tie is fixed.

4. Lay standard pads with a thickness of 15mm under the steel mesh, and the spacing requirement is @500*500.


Five, pouring concrete protective layer

1. Pour fine stone concrete with a grade of ≥C20.

2. The thickness of pouring must be ≥4CM.

3. The vibrating concrete on the floor must be compact.

4. Ensure that the surface of the concrete leveling layer is plastered and polished for no less than 3 times to ensure that shrinkage cracks appear on the surface. (Pay attention to the final setting time of concrete when plastering and finishing).


6. Post-maintenance and opening of expansion joints in independent warehouses.

1. When the concrete is finally set, sprinkle water in time for maintenance, and cover it with felt or straw bags. Water regularly to keep the surface moist. Concrete curing period shall not be less than 14d.

2. After the concrete is finally set, there are 3mm wide silo joints in all the outside corners of the floor, near the door, etc. (shrinkage stress), and the depth is not less than the concrete thickness. The floor joint area of the warehouse shall not be less than 6m × 6m. Prevent expansion and cracking due to curing.


7. On-site cleaning of flanging

1. The concrete has reached the curing period.

2. Clean the surface covering.

3. Cut the excess flanging along the floor.

4. Clean up the site.

5. The expansion joints of floor and floor are sealed with sealing material.
