The shipment includes laminated induction sealing liner rolls, pressure-sensitive foam liner rolls, along with a liner punching machine, enabling the local partner to slit the rolls into finished liners of various diameters according to the specific needs of the end-user market.
The sealing liner rolls are produced using INTYPACK's standard induction sealing materials, which are certified under ISO 9001, HACCP, and BRC quality systems, and comply with FDA and EN standards for food-contact packaging applications. The rolls are compatible with a range of container types, including PE, PET, PP, PVC, and glass.
The die-cutting machine will allow the distributor to function as a local converting partner, maintaining flexible inventory and shorter lead times for customers across food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. This setup gives the distributor greater control over product specifications while ensuring that the raw material quality remains traceable to INTYPACK's certified production line.
