Two piece cardboard backed high barrier induction seal liner is specially designed for chemicals, agro-chemicals, lubricating oil, alcohol and other corrosive items, It is strong acid and alkali resistance material. The sealing layer has the properties of corrosion resistance, shading, oxidation resistance, leakage prevention, and tamper resistance. There are two popular ones on the market: gold and silver. Silver is the color of the aluminum foil without printing. Gold is a customized version with custom logo printing on reverse side.
The product is suitable for plastic bottle sealing gaskets for pesticides, chemicals, liquid fertilizers, lubricants and other products. The specific material is selected according to the different materials of the bottle. Product thickness is 0.6mm and 1.0mm. Can also be customized according to the specific requirements of customers.
Instructions:
1. Put the seal liner into the bottom of the container cap(must be plastic cap), it is required to be flat.
2. Tighten the cap to the mouth of the bottle,
3. Heat it by induction sealing machine. After sealing, the aluminum foil and cardboard are automatically separated (can also be made non-separable according to customer requirements)
