Working Principle
2 piece induction foil liner mainly consists of three layers: heat seal, aluminum foil middle, and a backing piece(the backing could be paperboard or PE foam ) Induction liners are added inside the cap so that you can seal your containers after they’re filled.

After the container has been filled and capped with an closure which put 2 piece induction foil liner inside, it passes underneath the induction sealing system. The non-contact heating process welds the liner to the container.
