The IPETS Series induction foil liner is two piece foil liner specially designed for PET containers. There is foam backed and cardboard backed two piece induction foil seals available,used in food, health products, seasonings, biscuits and other fields.

How It Work?

After the containers have been finished the filling and capping processes, the containers pass underneath an induction sealer.

The process of sealing using heat induction involves the application of a current to the liners inside the plastic caps.The coiled conductor emits an electromagnetic current once the induction sealing machine is turned on. This electromagnetic current disperses into the layer of aluminum foil which results in an electric resistance heating effect.

When the foil is heated, the layer of wax melts and is absorbed by the cardboard layer. This process releases the foil layer from the cardboard.

Finally, the heat seal layer melts and tightly stick to the container mouth. And cardboard is left into closures.
