A pressure sensitive liner is a foam liner that has an adhesive on one side. The adhesive adheres to either glass or plastic to create a seal that is suitable for dry products and some thicker creams and lotions. It does not require extra equipment such as a heat induction machine. The adhesive is torque-activated when the lid is screwed onto the container.

When using pressure sensitive liners here are some things to consider:

Are you packaging dry goods?

Pressure sensitive liners are not recommended for liquid products (especially oils). If you're using dry products then a pressure sensitive liner is a great option for creating a seal.

Give the liner enough time to adhere.

It's best to wait at least 24 hours to let the adhesive properly adhere to the container. If you try to remove the lid before that there's a chance that the liner may come off with it.
