The pressure-sensitive foam liner is made by Polystyrene-foam coated with torque activated glue. It is a kind of one piece self adhesive liner, which is non-toxic, odorless, strong in sealing and good in chemical properties. Can seal plastic bottles(PET/PE/PP/PVC/PS/Acrylic), glass bottles, metal bottles, soft tubes, etc. Pressure-sensitive liners are suitable for sealed packaging of products such as solids, colloids, and granules in the bottle. Used in medicine, cosmetics, food, health products and other industries.

Note: the liner can not be used with liquids.

How to seal pressure sensitive foam liner?

Step 1:

Completely clean the cap, ensure there is no any impurities.

Step 2:

Insert the correct sized pressure sensitive foam liner inside the cap, the printed side up to roof of cap. Tightly screws the cap on container.

Step 3:

Wait 24-48 hours allow the liner to adhere the bottle mouth.

About custom printing:

We could provide custom-printed pressure-sensitive liner, but due to the particularity of production, the MOQ for custom-printing is 1000 square meters, quantity of die cut liner is calculated based on the number of squares.

And the printing color we recommend dark color such as black and red, light color printing effect on the foam will be not clearly..
