How to choose a correct size?

Measure the inside diameter of your cap without the screw, this is ideal diameter for liners.

Or measure the bottle mouth outside diameter with screw, liner diameter shall be 2-3mm larger than this.

Note: To use pressure sensitive foam liner, there shall be no gap between cap bottom and bottle mouth after screwing tightly.
