1. Induction Sealing Process:
When the induction sealer is activated, it generates an electromagnetic field
This field heats the aluminum foil layer in the liner (typically 50-200°C/122-392°F in 1-3 seconds)
The heat melts the polymer coating on the foil, bonding it to the container rim
Simultaneously, heat activates the venting membrane
2. The Venting Mechanism:
The liner features a micro-porous membrane or precision channels between layers
These microscopic pathways allow gas transmission at 0.5-5 mL/min (adjustable)
CO₂/O₂/N₂ can permeate while liquids remain contained
Works via diffusion principle (Fick's Law of Gas Diffusion)
3. Two-Piece Design Function:
Upper Layer: Solid foil for primary sealing (typically 35-50μm aluminum)
Lower Layer: Gas-permeable material (PTFE/PU/PE membranes)
The interlayer space creates a controlled venting chamber
