The LX-6000A Continuous Induction Sealing Machine is a high-efficiency, air-cooled electromagnetic induction sealing device designed for continuous, non-contact sealing of aluminum foil liners onto plastic and glass containers. With an output power of ≤600W and an adjustable sealing speed of 0–10 meters per minute, this machine is ideal for medium to large-scale production lines in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic, chemical, and pesticide industries.
The machine features a durable stainless steel body, a variable-speed conveyor system, and an intelligent control panel for easy operation. Its air-cooling system allows for continuous operation throughout the day without overheating.
Working Principle
The LX-6000A operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. High-frequency current passes through an induction coil, generating a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When a bottle cap containing an aluminum foil liner passes through this magnetic field, eddy currents are instantly generated within the aluminum foil. Due to the skin effect, these currents concentrate on the surface of the foil, producing intense heat through resistive (Joule) heating. This heat melts the polymer coating on the foil, which then bonds securely to the bottle mouth under pressure. After cooling, a durable, airtight, tamper-evident seal is formed.
The entire process is non-contact, ensuring no damage to the container or the sealing head
