Composition：
Easy peel induction foil liner is a kind of one piece heat induction foil liner which will have tear tabs or lift n peel tabs. The sealing layer is special finished which is not only in good sealing but also easy to peel off. The liner widely used for liquid items like beverage, oil and so on.
Standards:
Material contact part --PE film comply with the United State Code of Federal Regulations
21 CFR 177.1520 (FDA) and 21 CFR 177.1630 (Polyethylene phthalate polymers)
Package:
For die cut pieces, will be sealed into plastic bag in hundreds of quantity, and load into cartons.
For material in rolls, will be wrapped by Polyethylene foamed film, then by stretch film, finally fixed
by packing belt. Packed on pallet on request.
Transportation and storage:
Avoid any rude handling,better to use a forklift to loading and unloading.
Storage methods: stored at cool, dry and ventilated place. avoid direct sunlight and rainy.
Suggest storage temperature: 5℃-45℃ Relative Humidity: 35%–60%
We high recommended to use it within 1 year after production date. Long time storage or bad storage condition may let liners deformed.
